Request staff
The full requirement form: site, shift, equipment class, lift weights, PPE and start date. It takes longer than an email and it saves a round of questions.
Send a staffing requirementStaffing a shift, looking for work, or checking whether a message claiming to be from us is genuine — this is the page for all three. Everything sent through here is read by a person, Monday to Friday.
Email or the form reaches us outside office hours too. We answer on the next business day rather than pretending a queue is staffed overnight. If a shift is breaking and you are already a client, phone us.
Send a message
Tell us who you are and what you need. There are no trick fields here, nothing is passed to a third party, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Recruitment fraud
Staffing companies get impersonated, and new ones get impersonated early because there is not much of a public record to check against. So check us against this instead.
Our email always ends in @bhavaniai.ca. That is the only domain we send from. A message from a free mailbox, from a lookalike spelling, or from any other domain is not us, no matter whose name is signed at the bottom or what logo is in the picture.
We never ask for payment. Not for anything. Not a registration fee, a placement fee, a training fee, a uniform or equipment deposit, a "processing" fee, a gift card, an e-transfer or cryptocurrency. Nobody at BhavaniAI will ever ask a worker for money as a condition of getting work, because charging a worker a fee is prohibited by section 74.8 of the Employment Standards Act, and because we would not do it anyway.
We never ask for banking details, or for your passport, permit or other identity documents, as a condition of getting work. We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number through this website at all. Once someone is actually hired there is a proper onboarding process, done directly with us, and it does not begin with an email asking you to upload documents to a link.
Other warning signs. A job offer with no interview. Pressure to decide in the next hour. A refusal to name the client company or the site address. A refusal to tell you the pay rate. An interview held only over a chat app. A request to buy your own equipment first and be reimbursed later.
If you get a suspicious message claiming to be from us, do not reply to it and do not click anything in it. Contact us directly through this page, using the email address or the phone number above, and we will tell you straight away whether it came from us. Forwarding us the message helps.
Where to report it:
Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development — Employment
Standards Information Centre: 1-800-531-5551
Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre: 1-888-495-8501
If you have lost money or given away personal information, also report it to your local
police service.
You can also confirm whether any Ontario agency, including us, holds a licence on the MLITSD public register (opens in a new tab). It costs nothing and it takes a minute.
